Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow II Anniversary

The complete colourscheme of this Anniversary is "Ivory with Dark Brown hide piped Tan, fine lines Walnut above and below chrome moulding and double Walnut on discs. Top roll, instrument board roll, underdash trim and radio surround to be covered in Dark Brown hide." The Date issued was 23rd July 1979. The car was ordered by M D Motors in Hong Kong. The Car Specification sheets say: "Red Anniversary badges to be fitted to radiator and boot lid. Anniversary plaque to be fitted to the inside of the cubby box lid." The production of the car was finished in October 1979 but delivery in Hong Kong took place only in 1980.
The former owner bought the car in Hong Kong at the end of the nineties and shipped it to Surrey in the UK in 2001. In 2003 he moved to Sydney and again took the car with him. When he moved to the UK again in 2008 he left the car in Australia. The present owner (June 2009) lives in Bella Vista (Australia) and sent me these pictures.
