Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith II Stretched limousine
1979, LRK38480, Two-tone green
This limousine was converted for the cult leader Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh at a reputed cost of $1.6m. The self proclaimed “guru to the rich” amassed a collection of almost 100 custom Rolls-Royce, this one being the second one. His reclusive actions contradicted his selection in paint schemes for his fleet of Rolls-Royces. But his desire for personal protection was incorporated in some of the cars, and this car is probably the most extreme example. It is bomb proof and bullet proof, and is fitted with dual electrical systems, an outside speaker system, sealed windows, multiple alarm systems, oil and tear gas dispensers and gun ports. The seats are not covered with leather but with cloth.
